This training is intended for people leaders and individuals that aspire to be people leaders.

A multi-faceted leadership development program focused on:

  • Understanding the foundations of change management and the critical role of the leader in the change process
  • Identifying and managing resistance to change
  • Using the Prosci ADKAR Model
  • Developing and setting effective performance goals and development plans
  • Supporting employee engagement and ensuring alignment through effective one-on-one meetings

This 1-day training is conducted in a classroom setting and lead by Charles River trained facilitator.
