This training is intended for people leaders and individuals that aspire to be people leaders.
A multi-faceted leadership development program focused on:
- Understanding the foundations of change management and the critical role of the leader in the change process
- Identifying and managing resistance to change
- Using the Prosci ADKAR Model
- Developing and setting effective performance goals and development plans
- Supporting employee engagement and ensuring alignment through effective one-on-one meetings
This 1-day training is conducted in a classroom setting and lead by Charles River trained facilitator.
