Since 2015, our Lean Six Sigma training program has certified forty Green Belts globally. Their combined contributions to projects, using skills acquired during the training, have resulted in approximately $3M to $4M in benefits to our organization. Most importantly, our Green Belt program focuses on the growth and development of our people throughout their journey with Charles River. This year Green Belt training for North America will take place during the weeks of September 17 and November 12. And as a part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the training application and manager approval process have been updated with automation for efficiency. Lunch & Learn sessions will be held during the following days and times for interested candidates that would like to learn more, hear directly from certified Green Belts and ask questions.
