It begins with a 1-day workshop. This will refresh and build skills through self-development aligned with the beliefs and behaviours we discovered in the modelling process and provides ways to measure and act on development needs over a 6-month period.
Post workshop, participants follow up on commitments including reporting and ‘check-in’ surveys to track progress.
