TASK: Technical Assessment for Skills and Knowledge (TTT)
Format: Workshop
Course Completion: Full attendance is required to receive credit for this workshop course.
Purpose: Provide a systematic process to standardize the measurement and assessment of employee training to reduce bias and produce reliable data for improvement of training and the learning environment.

After this session,
participants should be able to:
•Define
TASK methodology
•Examine
the relationship between Bloom’s Taxonomy and performance criteria.
•Practice
using TASK methodology for assessment of training.
•Develop
a TASK assessment for evaluation of Training
