Learning plans allow quick and targeted access to relevant learning content. This permits individualized and custom learning and development needs using elearning and seminar activities.

Learning plans can be created by you or your manager. There is an approval process that your manager my complete to activate a learning plan.

You can access your Learning Plans from you My Learning menu at the top of your screen.

To create a new Learning Pla:

• Log into your Campus account
• Select the My Learning >> Learning Plans menu option
  • The My Learning menu is located at the top middle of your screen once you are logged in.
• Click the Create New Learning Plan button located on the right side of the screen
• Set up your Learning Plan container
  • Select the template you wish to use
  • Enter a title of the learning plan
  • Enter a brief description of the plan and its purpose
  • Enter a start date
  • Enter a due/end date - The date entere3 must be no more than 6 months (183 days) from TODAY
  • Select the Create Plan button to save your learning plan container
• Enter your learning content
• Select the Course or Programs tab and click the Add button
  • Open the course/program catalog menu or use the Search tab to use keyword or ID text to find the content of interest
• Click the Submit for Review/Approval button
  • Campus will send your direct manager and approval notification (email + Task) to review. Modify and or approve/decline the learning plan

Log-In refers to the process of authenticating you identity prior accessing restricted/learner-specific sections of the learning portal.  Employees and Customers must log in to the Campus account prior to enrolling/completing/reporting any training activities.  This ensures that your learning activities are associated with your account.

Campus uses two log in processes depending on your status and region of the world.

1. Customers/Contractors/Vendors use the manual log in process.  You will be provided your username and a unique password by the Campus system at the time of account creation
2. Charles River Employees utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) that links your account to your network credentials
