Question:

What is a Program?

(Last edited: Friday, November 19, 2021, 12:50 PM)
Answer:

Programs are used to assemble one or more courses into a curriculum of learning linked by topic, theme, or concept.  A program provides the learner a simplified display showing the course9s) assigned.

Program will have a start (enrollment) and end (due) date associated with the assignment.  Courses are further organized in a program by course set.  Restrictions and requirements for course set completion will be listed in Program dialogue on screen.  Some course sets occurring later in the program may be blocked and cannot be accessed until the early course sets are completed.

Notifications of various events during the lifecycle of a program (enrollment, completion, due, overdue) will be sent automatically by the system.  Notifications can be sent in email or appear in your Alerts panel.
