Tervetuloa Charles River Laboratories International, Inc:n (Charles River) työntekijöille tarkoitettuun Euroopan unionin (EU) yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta (GDPR) koskevaan ilmoitukseen.
Tausta: Charles River on sitoutunut noudattamaan EU:n yleistä tietosuoja-asetusta ja toimimaan läpinäkyvästi siihen liittyvissä asioissa. Tässä tarkoituksessa yhtiö on kehittänyt (1) sisäisen Euroopan talousalueella (ETA) sovellettavan tietojen käsittelyä koskevan käytännön ja (2) kaikille EU:n alueella asuville työntekijöillemme tarkoitetun GDPR-tietosuoja-asetusta koskevan ilmoituksen. Näissä asiakirjoissa esitetään Charles Riverin sitoumus henkilötietojen yksityisyyden ja turvallisuuden suojaamiseen, mukaan lukien henkilötietojen kerääminen ja käyttö työntekijän työsuhteen aikana ja sen jälkeen.

Background: As part of Charles River's commitment to compliance and transparency with respect to the EU GDPR, the Company has developed the (1) Internal European Economic Area (EEA) Data Handling Policy and (2) GDPR Privacy Notice for Employees for all of our employees residing in the EU. Together, these documents outline Charles River's commitment to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, including how we collect and use personal information about you during and after your working relationship with us.
To ensure that all Charles River employees have read and understood the new Internal EEA Data Handling Policy and GDPR Privacy Notice for Employees, you have been identified as an employee who resides in the EU and to whom these documents apply.
