Course Description: Enables leaders to break free of restrictive command-and-control leadership and empower their teams to achieve all the benefits of Agile ways of working. Training focuses on developing oneself as an Agile leader, including decision-making frameworks, team structures and individual evaluations, and assessing and improving culture.

Intended Audience: For those leading teams and/or supporting change at the department or organization level.
