This course will provide an opportunity for self-reflection. Participants will examine factors that influence the way they interact with others and practice skills that help them identify factors that influence others.  After completing the course you will be able to:

• Examine the impact of the “Culture of Me”
• Shift the way they think about interpersonal encounters
• Use empathy to identify potential factors influencing others
