In-House Seminar: High Performer Series - Becoming Self Aware
This course will provide an opportunity for self-reflection.
Participants will examine factors that influence the way they interact with
others and practice skills that help them identify factors that influence
others. After completing the course you will be able to:
- Examine the impact of the “Culture of Me”
- Shift the way they think about interpersonal encounters
- Use empathy to identify
potential factors influencing others
The following LinkedIn Learning modules are prerequisites
for this course and should be completed before you attend. Some online modules
are part of larger courses, you DO NOT need to complete the full courses unless
noted. If you have not activated your LinkedIn Learning account please follow
