Neurodiversity Awareness Training for Managers

What is Neurodiversity:

  • We will look at the different models (medical/social etc.) that are in use so that attendees can understand where the different language/terminology that we use comes from.

Why we need to be more neurodivergent:

  • We will look at the legal and moral reasons, but most importantly the benefits. Highlighting the skills and strengths of people with autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.

Reasonable adjustments:

  • How can we make small changes in the way we communicate.
  • How can we make adjustments to the workplace environment.
