Purpose:

This document informs the permissible intervals for changing out cage components for mice residing in individual ventilated cages (IVC) at Charles River Accelerator and Development Labs (CRADL®). These guidelines deviate and are a variance to the ILAR Guide recommendations but align with the CRADL policy on Cage Density and Weaning.
