This module covers the following:

• Identify the euthanasia standards and regulations.
• Discuss the different methods of euthanasia and secondary euthanasia methods.
• Recall the necessary steps of the euthanasia process.
• Discuss the normal and abnormal reactions to CO2.

As the Charles River company supports many locations, some processes may be performed differently than presented here.  Your site Supervisor will review those items with you and answer any questions that you may have.
