The Discovery Services team is pleased to announce a new course titled, CRISPR/CAs9 Genome Editing is available for in-vitro researchers.

About this Course:

This session will take you through the concept of CRISPR/CAS9 genome editing. It will start with an overview of the CRISPR/CAS9 technology and its basic principles, the next section will focus on what is needed to get started with an assay. Following this there will be a discussion on assay development and requirements to optimise a CRISPR/CAS9 assay. Finally there is a short discussion on why you should choose CRIPSR/CAS9 genome editing, taking you through some of the main advantages and disadvantages of this particular assay technology.

Intended Audience: Charles River Discovery employees and In-Vitro researchers who utilize or wish to learn more about CRISPR/CAs9 bioassays  will benefit from this training course.
