The Campus Learning Team in partnership with our Veterinary Services Group is pleased to announce that the new course, Veterinary Medical Documentation: An Introduction to the SOAP Format has been released!


About this Course: Concise veterinary medical documentation is essential in managing health cases.  A well-written health case record has the benefit of documenting health conditions which can be followed and compared to chronologically by any individual trained in reading SOAP medical documents.  To be used to augment and reinforce formal training in SOAP reading and writing, and help introduce the elements of a SOAP.  The module defines common relevant terminology including SOAP, describes each section of a SOAP, and introduces how to write a SOAP.


Intended Audience: Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians/Assistants

Secondary Audience: Principle Investigators/Study Directors, In-Vivo Scientific, Quality Assurance and Research Support personnel who document, manage or review veterinary medical documentation would benefit from this module.

Duration: 30 minutes
