5S originated in Japan as a technique to improve manufacturing sites, and is used as part of Lean Manufacturing and the Lean Six Sigma improvement method.  Its primary purpose is to ensure a good and well organized workplace that’s easy for people to use and is safe.  This course will introduce the principles, and provide ideas and examples for how you could use it in your workplace
