Completion requirements: Full attendance is required for completion of this workshop course.

Purpose:  To build analytical skill sets  for the training environment and strengthen trainer resources by building a personal learning network. 

Objective(s):

•Develop reflective practice to enhance training
•Develop a Personal Learning Network (PLN)
•Perform an analysis of the learner and training environment
