Purpose:

To define the procedures for anesthetizing mice and rats with isoflurane for Charles River Accelerator and Development Lab (CRADL^®) staff and clients. This material should be used as a resource in addition to SDS (Safety Data Sheet) sheets and machine manuals for those who have completed the required training.
