Purpose: Learners enrolled in this course will demonstrate concepts and principles introduced in the Train-the-Trainer workshop.  Learners will develop products that may be used in their facility demonstrating an instructional experience utilizeing the concepts and principles formerly presented within their products.

Objectives:

• Apply adult learning and best practices for presentations in the development of a lesson plan and training presentation.
• Demonstrate the ability to chunk or  segment content to improve learner cognitive load.
• Demonstrate the ability to convert an SOP to a TASK form using Blooms Taxonomy.
• Recognize the role of peer review in the assessment and evaluation of courses, module, and training activities.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the value of reflective practice in the field of training & development.
