Introduction

With more than 70 years of knowledge and experience, Campus was built to assist Charles River employees and our partners participate in synchronous (live) and asynchronous (on-demand) learning and development programs. Access is available anytime and from anywhere in the world you can connect to the internet. On-demand content can be accessed from your computer, tablet or mobile device.

Learning Modalities

We utilized a blended approach to training designed to meet the needs of both individual learner and organizations to include...

Classroom/Instructor-Led: Learners and trainers interact directly in a physical location and/or virtually using common web conferencing technology. Seminar session are normally 4-hours, 8-hours or multi-day programs depending on the topic.
On-demand: Using multimedia-based content, learners will complete interactive modules and may be assessed in their understanding by the use of simulations, scenarios or quizzing activities.
Assessment and Certification: Through a robust test engine and use of our Training Assessment for Skills and Knowledge (TASK) Certification model, learners can be evaluated for understanding of knowledge, assessed for competency and certified proficient in skills critical to job performance.
